Koko has seen this movie ( Tea with Mussolini ) several times before & knows that the sad part is coming so she turns around so she won't feel as sad about that the seen.
She then expresses her emotions by signing Frown, sad, cry, bad, trouble, & Koko love. She appears to be crying In the video as well.
